If you want to run Protect, you need an appropriate device to run it: CK G2+, Protect NVR, UDM-Pro, or UDM-SE. I would not recommend the CK anymore.The UDM-Pro was shut down and the UDR took it's place for six weeks. The UDR internet speed was max 650 Mbps on a 1 Gbps connection, on WiFi I could reach 600 Mbps - when using the UDM-Pro and the same AP's I got WiFi 700 Mbps. The UDR was stable and did a good job, in real life testing I could not feel the difference between WiFi 600 and 700 Mbps.This is a place to discuss all of Ubiquiti's products, such as the EdgeRouter, UniFi, AirFiber, etc. I understand why people don't like Ubiquiti now. For a long time, I've been a ubiquiti fanboy. I use their networking equipment at home. I recommended the use for a network, protect, and access build out at our 12 person small business ...looking at your Century Link device's PPPoE username to confirm the lack or precense of @centurylink. login to ISP website and use chat to get your PPPoE username/password. "Ask for an agent" as the auto prompts won't help you. Request your "PPPoE username and password"..
