The fear factor of Lucian is never letting anyone escape alive when target or lucian gets near, even w/out ult, while a Lucian w/out ult can probably let someone escape easier. Tl;dr: Thou shall not underestimate the limit placed for ranged champs; and thy is fairly sure Navori was nerf / change proof for a while due to needing 60% crit chance ... Lucian has quite a ‘low’ skill entry but a very high skill ceiling. Plus, Lucian can work with only a handful of supports. For enchanters, Yuumi or Nami. The rest don’t suit Lucian’s playstyle. For tanky supports, Thresh, Leona, Nautilus or Braum. All of the rest are rather sub par and depends entirely on the enemy bot lane..
